Paramount Club, Centre Point Tower

Centre Point Tower is one of the most prestigious buildings in the West End since its construction in 1966. With Pierre Condou, Paris born restauranteur,  opening an exclusive private members’ club, Paramount, on the top three floors, Targetfollow’s 200,000 sq ft building is becoming one of the most talked-about venues in the West End.

The 32nd floor is now a private members’ bar and restaurant serving modern European fine dining, as well as ‘comfort food’, while the 33rd floor is a private champagne and cocktail bar.

Having worked in Centre Point Tower continually for over 2 years, Trinity were very familiar with the restrictions and challenges of working in the building. This combined with our on-going relationship with Longcross Construction led to the successful award of this project.

We worked closely with the client team to value engineer an M&E scheme which met the client’s budget. After several rounds of in depth meetings we agreed upon the optimum M&E systems solutions.

The scheme included high quality lighting installations and controls, full air conditioning and ventilation systems for the restaurant/events areas and kitchens. Plant space on top of the tower was at a premium. The stand alone plant and equipment for the club was carefully selected and engineered so that it could be moved through the building into its final location at roof level.
