Trinity have been involved in replacing major items of plant for Her Majestys’ Courts Service in both Oxford and Maidstone.
In the Oxford Combined Court Centre the existing Chillers have been replaced. The building was occupied throughout which in itself didn’t present major problems for the mechanical installations but it did mean that the main incoming LV electricity panel had to be shut down to enable modifications to be made to provide electricity supplies to the new chillers. This had to be carefully coordinated with the building occupants in order to avoid any disruption to existing services.
In Maidstone Crown and County Court full replacement and commissioning of the boiler and control valves has taken place. This also necessitated some replacement electrical wiring to the new controls.
