Fairacres Retail Park

This project involved the major re-modelling and refurbishment of an existing retail park in Abingdon. As with all retail projects, the challenge here was to allow the retail units to remain fully operational throughout the works. Every effort was made to keep any necessary disruption to an absolute minimum.

Mechanical works included a full upgrade to the ventilation services, modifications to domestic hot and cold water services and the supply and installation of new sanitary ware in both the public and staff toilet areas. Electrical works comprised modifications to existing and installation of new lighting schemes both within the confines of the buildings and externally in the car parks and access routes. New Fire and Intruder Alarms with CCTV were provided along with complete replacement of the electrical power provision to the site.
