Following successful completion of buildings A and B in December 2008, Trinity negotiated a subsequent phase of works involving the refurbishment of building C, a 4 storey development. The fit-out is CAT A enhanced plus lighting.
As with the first phase, the ceiling voids are extremely tight, with existing beams creating obstacles at every turn thus making the design/coordination and routing of services very difficult.
The mechanical and electrical services required are identical to those for phase I which include:-
- Installation of a VRV/VRF comfort cooling / heating system with associated distribution pipework
- Modifications to the existing domestic water system to provide a separate supply to this building with a new check meter
- New soil and waste drainage with replacement/repair of existing stacks
- New sanitaryware ventilated by an independent extract system
- New distribution boards and sub mains cabling
- A new lighting scheme designed in the spirit of LG7 for a speculative office space
- Emergency lighting, access control and new automatic fire detection and alarm systems
