This project, although involving structural alterations to existing floors for the main contractor, is effectively a new build for Trinity. It involves the construction of a contemporary penthouse residence within a newly constructed eighth floor of the existing building.
Trinity are providing all the typical mechanical and electrical installations associated with a luxurious residential development; underfloor heating, air-conditioning, ventilation and all associated pipework; lighting, intruder & fire alarm systems, access controls and associated electrical services. Of particular note is the Lutron controlled specialist lighting and high quality finish sanitaryware.
Works are being undertaken sensitively to avoid disruption to the existing residents of the building. Located in London's prestigious Portland Place, this project requires careful planning of deliveries and craneage to avoid disruption to a major London trunk route.
Works are progressing well, the underfloor heating is now complete and Trinity have commenced their first fix mechanical and electrical works.
