Trinity Environmental Services were appointed as design and build M&E subcontractor on this project. Trinity led the design briefing process to incorporate all of the Clients preferences with regard to both aesthetics and equipment specifications.
This M&E project was part of a scheme to build a 17,000ft², 4-storey house in East Molesey. The House is luxuriously fitted out with a 'smart house' type electrical design including, home automation, lighting controls, data network, intercom phone system, CCTV, access control system, automated gates and a fire alarm system.
The house features a state of the art games room and an electronic plasma screen based home theatre that includes a surround sound audio system. The basement entertainment area also includes a swimming pool, steam room and a sauna.
