I would like to take this opportunity to pass on my gratitude to the Trinity team that have addressed the issues around our moving into Forum House and subsequent teething problems we have had.Whilst we do not like any disruption to our working office we appreciate that, with a new untested building, the first tenants will always face some problems that need addressing as the building is used and I would like to let you know that many of these issues, some of which were not of your making, have been fully addressed in a professional and timely manner. As person overseeing this side of our business I have been kept fully informed at all times of progress made or not made and steps being taken to address any issues as well as the courtesy of checking with me when visiting our office space for whatever reason. Hoare Lea is satisfied that the Evenlode Disconnection project is complete as per the agreed scope of works including the additional works, and that all works were undertaken safely and to the relevant regulations. All works were inspected and have been completed to a high standard. We have confirmed that OCVC is satisfied with the works that have taken place and that it is completed as agreed.

On 1 December 2008, you will be aware that 103 Milton Park received Practical Completion which is 31/2 weeks earlier than the programmed completion date. With this in mind may we be the first to congratulate you on this great achievement which is in no small way down to the efforts of you and your team. The finished article looks fantastic and is worthy of the efforts displayed by your team. I can also tell you that MEPC are very happy with the finished article and in particular the quality of the construction.
In addition to the above we have very much enjoyed working with you and the individual team members of your team. We have found them to be helpful and courteous at all times and have remained professional and focused throughout which is the main reason why we have managed to complete the project in the timescales achieved and to the required quality. We will look forward to working with you again in the near future.

The design team for Milton Park, Egham, felt it appropriate to drop you a line to convey the good words expressed by the lead architect and M&E consultant in the site meeting yesterday. Obviously, we could not take all the credit for the works carried out by various contractors working on site. Whilst discussing the progress, Dunthorne Parker and Hoare Lea both praised the workmanship and the progress made on site to date.
Let's keep up and ensure that we keep it this way through to the completion.

The Gas Network Control Centre area was handed over to National Grid last weekend. Could you pass on my thanks and appreciation to your team for carrying out one of the best managed and customer focused jobs I have ever dealt with. Everyone was extremely focussed and professional in the way they carried out the work within a short time scale. I have also spoken to one of the GNCC managers who is very satisfied with the new system. Well done.
