Trinity were awarded the full M&E contract back in January for this 106 bedroom hotel in Liverpool. Having spent several months value engineering and investigating alternatives to reduce cost, Trinity have now reached a scheme the client is happy to sign off and works have commenced on site.
Phase II of the Scottish & Newcastle upgrade works were secured in early May 2010
