Trinity were awarded the full M&E contract back in January for this 106 bedroom hotel in Liverpool. Having spent several months value engineering and investigating alternatives to reduce cost, Trinity have now reached a scheme the client is happy to sign off and works have commenced on site.
The Trilogy Building, Swindon was awarded in January and commenced on site 15th February 2010
Trinity received their CSCS Employers Certificate of Commitment on 13th January 2010
