Central Buildings Guildford, Building C commenced

Further refurbishment works at Central Buildings Guildford have commenced in building C, following successful completion of the first 2 buildings. The existing building, which is 60-70 years old, requires extensive building works with new lift shafts being formed. Trinity’s M&E works need to be planned in sequence around this, in addition to coping with the challenges of existing beams and extremely tight ceiling voids, which makes the design/coordination and routing of services very difficult.
